Technology certainly has its uses, both "good" and "bad", depending on what is considered positive or negative, but more importantly, the question also becomes HOW it's being used and/or applied, given the puprspoe. One way to capitalize on multi-capability is to test....and test...and test yet again if one needs to. And One Way will work. It just needs to be found.
